Description of Refractory Cement CA41
Calcium aluminate cement CA41 is mainly made of bauxite and limestone fired at high temperature, a premium-quality material engineered for exceptional performance. Due to its excellent performance, aluminate cement is often used in engineering projects that require high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and fast construction. Calcium Aluminate Cement CA41 is widely used in furnaces, kilns, incinerators and harsh chemicals or extreme wear.
Features:
Alumina content is more than 43%
Fast Setting Time: Achieve faster turnaround with a quick setting and hardening process.
High Resistance: Outstanding resistance to aggressive environments, including acidic and alkaline conditions.
Enhanced Durability: Superior performance in high-temperature applications, including refractory and industrial uses.
Application:
CA41 is recommended for refractory applications requiring rapid hardening properties, resistance to abrasion and mechanical shock, resistance to chemical attack and exposure to intermediate temperatures. For furnaces, kilns, and incinerators, due to its high-temperature resistance. In areas exposed to harsh chemicals or extreme wear. In terms of the application of building chemistry, CA41 is commonly used either alone or in combination with other hydraulic binders, fillers and polymers in many formulated products. These include products for floor preparation, tile laying, rapid repair or assembly of materials.
